Trash pickup Maintain common areas including laundry and office Complete work orders and make readies Painting, cleaning, and repairs Landscaping Monthly inspections Preventative and seasonal maintenance Maintain and order supplies On call Eyes and ears of the property Communicate with manager and residents Ability to trouble shoot Meet deadlines Adjust maintain and repair tools equipment and machines Other duties as designed Job Type:
